Chapali Kabab cooks were not residing in Only Peshawar but in many other cities of Pakistan. Only Peshawar and its surrounding have more Than 2000 places where chapali kabab were made.
Ingredients:Mutton Chopped 1/2 KG
Pomegranate 1 tablespoon
Zeera 1 tablespoon
Seeds of coriander 1 table spoon
Garam Masala 1 tablespoon
Grind Red Pepper 1 tablespoon
Preparation:Mix all the ingredients well and make a dough after than just like traditional method give them a flat shape like kababs and fry them in hot oil after seeing that both side are now dark brown take them out and serve them with lemon and chatni.
