Chapli kabab recipe in urdu


Mutton Chopped 1/2 KG
Maize Flour
Pomegranate 1 tablespoon
Zeera 1 tablespoon
Seeds of coriander 1 table spoon
Garam Masala 1 tablespoon
Grind Red Pepper 1 tablespoon
Egg one
Onion chopped
Garlic/Ginger Paste
Green Pepper
Green Coriander


 Mix all the ingredients well and make a dough after than just like traditional method give them a flat shape like kababs and fry them in hot oil after seeing that both side are now dark brown take them out and serve them with lemon and chatni.
